Reuben Rischall is a highly accomplished commercial real estate professional well-versed in retail real estate site selection, driven by a passion for growing brands. He partners with entertainment, hospitality, and retail clients on a national, regional, and local basis to achieve their expansion goals.
As Principal at UpCity Real Estate for the past four years, Reuben notably drove the aggressive expansion efforts for Kids Empire as Territory Manager across 24 states in the Midwest, Southcentral, and Southeast. With the successful conclusion of that exclusive contract, UpCity Real Estate is now actively leveraging its proven expertise to partner with new and growing brands. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided both established and start-up tenants through complex site selection, leasing, development, and sales processes. His extensive client list includes major national brands like TJX Companies, Office Depot, Dollar General, Harbor Freight Tools, and Kids Empire, alongside dynamic fast-casual and hospitality concepts such as Furious Spoon, Bombay Eats, Bonchon, and Colectivo Coffee. Reuben also advises high-profile landlords and developers on their marketing, negotiation, and leasing strategies.
Mr. Rischall holds a degree in Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
